A playful, expressive workshop inviting you to explore your inner world through colour and intuitive creativity. No artistic experience required — just an open mind and a willingness to relax and explore.

Time For Yourself
A deeply relaxing session combining gentle yoga poses with soothing sounds to calm the nervous system, ease tension, and bring your mind and body back into balance.
Women's Circle with Janine
A warm, grounding closing session where you can reflect on your experience and leave feeling centred, clear, and replenished.
Nourishing Meals Included
Wholesome, home-cooked meals made with love are provided in your stay to nourish your body and enhance your restorative retreat experience.
