Women's weekends & group stays

A women's weekend with purpose

Bring a small group of women together for time that feels calm, supportive, and unhurried. Shape the weekend your way, with meals included and optional gentle activities, in a peaceful Port Stephens setting. Your stay also helps fund supported stays for women who could not otherwise access rest and recovery.

The experience

Create space to rest and reconnect, together

A group stay is a gentle, flexible way to spend time with women you care about. Whether you are planning a weekend with friends or coordinating a restorative break through a support organisation, the experience is rest-focused and human-centred.

Meals are provided, and you are free to shape your time in a way that suits your group. Optional self-guided activities such as journaling, meditation, and gentle movement are available. The Sanctuary hosts a maximum of seven guests at any time, keeping the pace unhurried and the environment quiet.

Women’s Healing Sanctuary also works alongside referral partners and support organisations as part of broader care pathways. A calm, supportive setting for rest and recovery, not a clinical service.

Arrive to a quiet, supportive environment where privacy and tranquillity are at the heart of the experience.
