Our facilitated retreats and small workshops blend time to rest with light structure, giving you space to breathe, reflect, and connect with other women if you choose. Each program is grounded in care, with experienced facilitators guiding the experience.

If you need time to rest and feel supported

Women come to the Sanctuary while navigating grief and loss, burnout and exhaustion, caregiving fatigue, major life transitions, or simply because they recognise they need meaningful rest. You do not need to have it all figured out before you arrive. If this sounds like you, you are welcome here.
