A grounding, peaceful session designed to help you release mental noise and reconnect with your true self. Through simple, accessible practices, you’ll cultivate calm, clarity and an inner stillness that stays with you beyond the weekend.
Day Spa Treatment
Begin with a warm, cleansing foot bath with a sea salt scrub. A 30 minute therapeutic aromatherapy back, neck, shoulder & head massage using our signature blend of pure essential oils. Plus a 30 minute hydrating facial treatment to cleanse, smooth & moisturise your skin.
Time For Yourself

Women's Circle with Janine
A supportive, private space to reflect, share if you choose, and feel connected to other women.
